It showed that my price would be $20.45 for a comparatively short essay (around 500 words). I also expected to get some sort of discount as a first-time client, but I got none. So, I simply proceeded to payment.
Details of order
I entered my personal information and paid. The document had been already uploaded, and I got an email notification that the payment was made. They also claimed to use two editors system which was great for me, as I badly needed perfect paper. Nobody got in touch with me for clarification or something; nevertheless, I think that editing doesn’t always need that clarification.
Support and writing quality
The site promises 24/7 ongoing support. Not sure if they’re really online all the time, but when 6 hours expired and I still didn’t have the paper, I messaged them on chat to find out what was going on. It was 7 am, and they apologized and promised to deliver me a paper an hour later. I was really nervous as I had to hand this essay the same day. An hour later they did deliver my edited essay.
Conclusion
I cannot say that two editors system made my essay outstanding; it was simply well-edited at the same level as many other services provided. The prices they charge are affordable and it’s great that they offer rapid delivery. However, as they missed the deadline, I definitely won’t become their regular customer.
