Usability
Even though the company is called True Editing, it looks like you can only get true headache because of cooperation with this website.
Support
Be advised that this company only works office hours and even though they state that they monitor the orders and the activity on their website outside of working hours, yet it does not mean that you will receive a response to your inquiry. I got a letter claiming that they would get back to me in 30 minutes time, but no one actually did. So my time was just lost.
Price
Not sure why this company wants to make everything so complicated. To find out a price for your order you need to submit your inquiry on the website and then wait until they get back to you. In my case, as I said before, except for sending me an automatic email, they chose not to answer at all. I would like to find out what the principle of selection of customers privileged to get a response is.
Speed
You can read the FAQ section in smoldering hope to get an idea of how soon this company can edit your work. But the information given on the website is so vague and unspecific that it makes you feel discouraged to realize that you can only try to get any answers by exchanging emails, if you are lucky enough to be noticed by the support team.
Quality
It would be really amazing if I could say something about the quality of the editing they do, but unfortunately, these guys only wasted my time for waiting. And as I needed my work to be edited in a short period of time, I just found another website with transparent conditions and submitted my order there without any problems. By the way, the website is editing-services.org/, and it really makes the life easier.
Conclusion
Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the quality of the paper, as I didn’t place an order. No feedback, no info on ordering process. Everything is vague and obscure. Everything except the snares of emailing process. I would strongly recommend to find another company.
